GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

www.angellove.bg is property of Angel Love Ltd. and each user of the web site declares that he agrees with the following terms and conditions. www.angellove.bg is a website for online trading - sale and delivery of goods.

 

Terms of the contract of purchase - sale of distance within the terms of the Consumer Protection Act between angellove.bg on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as "Provider" and on the other the person consenting to these Terms, called below the "Client".

 

The following conditions apply to all orders made on Angellove.bg site or its mobile version onside the Client (hereinafter referred to as "Client") and Angel Love Ltd, registered in the town of Bourgas UIC: (Unified Identity Code) 203414179.

Through the use of angellove.bg, the Customer agrees to the conditions set forth herein (the "Terms"). Please make sure you've red and understand the terms before placing your order. We reserve the right to suspend the supply of any product at any time.

 

Everyone has the right, completely freely and for free to browse the online shop Angellove.bg. To place your order you have to make a registration or place an order as a Guest. The registration guarantees faster order placing, without entering your data each time and receival of brochures and preferential discount codes.

 

Angel Love Ltd. is a registered data controller under the Data Protection Directive and is entitled to collect, process and use personal data of the Clients for the needs of electronic commerce.

 

It the website www.angellove.bg each item is with fixed price, basic characteristics of the product, fabric composition and additional information.

All prices include VAT.

We reserve the right to change these Terms without informing you in advance. The version of the conditions that will apply to your order is the one that is published on Angellove.bg at the time you place your order.

 

You can purchase goods on www.angellove.bg as a registered user or as a Guest. To order as a guest you have to fill your name, telephone, address and choose a shipping method.

To proceed you have to click on "Order" button that appears once there is at least one item in you basket added through pressing the button "Buy" .

After placing an order, the Client receives a confirmation e-mail and phone call.

All orders places until 4,30 pm are processed and sent on the same day.

Orders placed after 4,30 pm are processed on the next working day.

Changes can be made on the orders until 4,30 pm on the same day by contacting us at tel. 0882 850 500.

 

Upon receipt of a notice of an order before sending it to you, we'll send you an email with information about its delivery and will contact you by phone. Goods ordered in Bulgaria can be delivered to persons over the age of 18.

 

Deliveries are not performed on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery time is 2 to 4 days. The e-shop www.angellove.bg works with courier companies Leo Express and UPS, as their delivery times are from 9 am to 5,30 pm.

 

For orders up to 60 BGN delivery costs 4.40 BGN; for orders over 60 BGN delivery is free.

Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Client when placing the order or to an office of the chosen courier company.

 

The Client is entitled to claim and return goods within 14 (fourteen) working days from receiving the order and founding inconsistency of the goods, as a claim form has to be filled

Goods can be returned in the following cases:

- Purchased item not received

- Defect in a product

- Size non-compliance 

- Brand non-compliance 

 

If the Client decides to make a claim, same is obliged to return it intact in appearance, with preserved label and in original packaging.

The Client can choose whether to receive his money back or replace the item(s) with other item(s) of the same value.

 

The sum paid is returned the way payment was made - in cash at the office of the courier company or via bank account. After a claim of goods paid in cash at receival the Client returns the goods in excellent unused condition, original packaging, in an office of the courier company. At the time www.angellove.bg receives the goods we check them and immediately recover the amount you paid (as we deduct the cost of back delivery by if the claim is not our fault). The next day, the customer can take the sum from an office of the courier company.

Transport costs for returning the order are at the expense of the Customer, unless the replacement is on fault of the e-shop.
